MELANCHOLY
I contemplate the sea sitting on the rocks
Wondering what I came for
The peace of the body or that of the soul?
Your presence that my heart claims?
Suddenly a strong wind rises
The furious waves rise.
Clouds invade the sky
The nimbant of an artificial light.
I remember happy times
Where we both came from,
Happy, walking against the wind
To admire the rising sun.
It's been so long since you're gone
I am alone here below,
Returning constantly to this shore
Seeking the reflection of your face
Which of my memory is slowly fading
Leaving no trace.
Life resumes its wages,
The wind swept the clouds,
The sun shines again
And makes hear his beautiful melody...
