The comfort zone represents all of your know-how and skills that
you can rely on to move forward.
However, we can sometimes find ourselves stuck in his lifestyle
with the desire to see something else. You want to get out of your routine,
develop new abilities and discover new areas.
And above all: to challenge yourself.
Fear of failure can stop us. So how do you get out of your comfort
zone?
Getting out of your comfort zone does not mean you have to bungee
jump or do crazy things tomorrow, risking danger or coming out traumatized.
Getting out of your comfort zone can not be improvised because it
is a long-term approach.
How to get out of your comfort zone little by little without
putting yourself in danger?
Here are 5 concrete keys to put into practice today.
Key # 1 - Identify your comfort zone
Before you want to get out of your comfort zone, it is interesting
to better control your limits. I wrote a few months ago an article on how to

Now that you've identified your comfort zone, how are you going to
get out?
Key # 2 - Step out of your comfort zone
Take small actions that you do everyday and think differently.
Then, examine what's going on inside you.
For example :
• Take a different route to work
• Change supermarket
• Walk around your neighborhood looking at the details around you
• Try to cook new dishes
This will teach you to see simple activities from a new angle and
not be afraid of routine change.
This new perspective is making your brain cope little by little with
the unexpected and the unexpected.

Key # 3 - Take a little challenge a week
To go one step further, start each week a little challenge that
will allow you to push your limits.
It can be public speaking, asking a meeting question, inviting
friends to your home, doing a single task you usually do with two or more, etc.

you adapt it to your situation to work on your fears and limitations.
Once again, look at how you feel after this little test. Analyze
what went well and what was most difficult for you. You will probably realize
that the difficulties are not where you had imagined them.
Key # 4 - Learn something new to get out of your comfort zone
To leave one's comfort zone is also to acquire new knowledge. You
will expose yourself to new experiences, opinions and interests.
It may be to learn a language, a musical instrument, the photo.
The areas are vast, and you can take the opportunity to learn something related
to your passion.
You expand your skills and talents and build your self-confidence.

zone
Getting to know new people will also help you get out of your
routine and change your frame of reference.

his own way with the same circumstances. For sure, they will be a source of
inspiration for you.
