Some tips to be more optimistic

Some exercises can help you develop an optimistic state of mind:

Write down in a journal (at least once a week) the positive events you have experienced and how you have contributed to them.

Record moments of doubt, worry and stress. Writing negative thoughts and emotions will help identify the triggering events. The goal is to change negative thoughts in a positive way.
